Land Administration Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2024

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.Citation

These regulations are the Land Administration Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2024.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

• (a)

  regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;

• (b)

  the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2024.

3.Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Land Administration Regulations 1998.

4.Schedule 1 amended

• (1)

  In Schedule 1 item 1:

  • (a)

    in paragraph (a) delete “203.00” and insert:

     

  209.00

   
  • (b)

    in paragraph (b) delete “781.00” and insert:

     

  804.00

   
  • (c)

    in paragraph (c) delete “1 427.00” and insert:

     

  1 469.00

   
• (2)

  In Schedule 1 item 1A:

  • (a)

    delete “issue” insert:

     

  issue, renewal, transfer or amendment

   
  • (b)

    delete “161.00” and insert:

     

  165.00
