Land Administration Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Land Administration Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Land Administration
Regulations 1998.

4.             Regulation 17E inserted

At the end of Part 2 insert:

17E.	Prescribed circumstance under s. 75(7a) of the Act
(1)	In this regulation —
land means Lot 23 on Diagram 39050 Certificate of Title Volume 377 Folio 117A or the parcel of land formerly comprising that Lot amalgamated in another lot;
Public Trustee has the meaning given in the Public Trustee Act 1941 section 2.
(2)	For the purposes of section 75(7a) of the Act, the cancellation, under section 75(7) of the Act, on the application of either The Perth Diocesan Trustees or the Public Trustee of the conditions to which the use of the land is subject is a prescribed circumstance.
