Land Administration Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Land Administration
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2004.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Land
Administration Regulations 1998*.

3. Regulation 3B amended
After regulation 3B(b) the following paragraph is inserted

44

(ba) the Minister within the meaning of section 4(1)

of the Transfer of Land Act 1893;
