Land Administration Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 2001

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Land Administration
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2001.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the later of 1 July 2001 and the day on which they are published in the Gazette.

3.             Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 to the Land Administration Regulations 1998* is amended as follows:

(a)

items 2, 3, and 4 are amended by deleting “9.00” and “ 11.00 ”;

(b)

item 5 is amended by deleting “60.00” and inserting “ 66.00 ”.
