Land Administration Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2000

Made by the Adm inistrator in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Land Administration
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2000.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the later of 1 July 2000 and the day on which they are published in the Gazette.

3.             Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 to the Land Administration Regulations 1998* is amended as follows:

(a)	in item 1 by deleting "60.00-	and inserting instead —
" 66.00 ";

(b) in item 9 by inserting after "the service" —

including any applicable taxes ".
