Land Administration Amendment

Regulations 2016

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Land Administration Amendment
Regulations 2016.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	Land Regulations 2016

the rest of the regulations — immediately after the come into operation.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Land Administration
Regulations 1998.

section 75(7a) of the Act if the application under

(1) In regulation 17E(1) insert in alphabetical order:

Jolimont land means Lots 101 and 102 on Deposited
Plan 404549, being the whole of the land in Certificate
of Title Volume 2890 Folio 6 and Certificate of Title

(2)	After regulation 17E(2) insert:
