Land Administration Amendment

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Land Administration Amendment
Regulations 2007.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2007.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Land
Administration Regulations 1998*.

4. Schedule 1 amended
Schedule 1 is amended as follows:

(a)	in item 1 by deleting "89.00" and inserting instead — " 96.00 ";
(b)	in item IA by deleting "110.00" and inserting instead — " 119.00 ".
