Land Administration Amendment

Regulations 2004

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in Executive
Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Land Administration
Amendment Regulations 2004.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Land
Administration Regulations 1998*.

3. Regulation 4A inserted
After regulation 4 the following regulation is inserted —

4A.	Land to be regarded as having been reserved under section 41 of the Act
Reserve 26741 is land that is prescribed for the purposes of section 51A(1) of the Act.

4.            Regulation 12 amended

Regulation 12(3)(f) is amended by deleting "paragraph (b);" and inserting instead —

5.            Regulation 35 amended

Regulation 35(1)(c) is amended by deleting "regulation 38." and inserting instead —

regulation 36. ".
