Land Administration Amendment

Regulations 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Land Administration
Amendment Regulations 2001.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day after the day on

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Land
Administration Regulations 1998*.

4.            Regulation 4 amended

Regulation 4(a) is amended by inserting before the advice of the Valuer-General" -

subject to regulation 12, ".

5.            Regulation 17 amended

Regulation 17(1) is amended by inserting after "by the

Department'-

for and on behalf of the Minister

6.            Regulations 17B and 17C inserted

After regulation 17A in Part 2 the following regulations are inserted -

17B. Acts prescribed for the purposes of
section 18(8)(b)(ii) of the Act
For the purposes of section 18(8)(b)(ii) of the Act, the
Local Government Act 1995 is prescribed.
17C. Stock prescribed for the purposes of the definition
of authorised stock in section 93 of the Act
For the purposes of the definition of authorised stock in
section 93 of the Act the following stock is
prescribed -

(a) sheep (ovis aries);

(b) cattle (bos indicus, bos taurus);
(c) horses (equus caballas); and
(d) stock kept for domestic or household use.
