AN ACT to amend section one hundred and forty-

three of the Land Act, 1933-1963.

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Land Act and citation.

amended. 2. Subsection (3) of section one hundred and

forty-three of the principal Act is amended

(a)	by substituting for the word, "two" in line three, the word, "five";
(b)	by substituting for the words, "unless the holder has" in line five, the words, "and then only if the holder has himself"; and
(c)	by substituting for the word, "such" in the last line, the word, "that".
