Lakes Sorell and Crescent Conservation Act 1901
An Act to provide for the conservation of the waters of Lakes Sorell and Crescent, and for the distribution of such water

Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
62 Vict. No. 62 | The | Section 9 (II.) and so much of section 9 as empowers the Trustees of the River Clyde to construct, repair, alter, and remove any dams, sluices, or other works on the River Interlaken, or on the banks of Lake Sorell, or to enter or cause their servants to enter upon any land on either side of the said river or lake. |
