I, WILLIAM MICHAEL HODGMAN, the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulation under the Lakes Ordinance 1976.

Mooring fee

Regulation 3 of the Lakes Regulations is amended—

(a)	by omitting from sub-regulation (1) "$ 15" and substituting "$25"; and
(b)	by omitting from sub-regulation (2) "$ 15" and substituting "$25".
