Regulations under the Lakes Ordinance 1976*

I, ROBERT JAMES ELLICOTT, the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulations under the Lakes Ordinance 1976.

LAKES REGULATIONS

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Lakes Regulations.

2. In these Regulations, " Ordinance " means the Lakes Ordinance

1976.

3. (1) The prescribed fee for a permit under section 25 of the

Ordinance is $15.

(2) The prescribed fee for the renewal of a permit under section

25 of the Ordinance is $15.
