1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 31).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	part of Lot 901, DP 1222132, 309 George Booth Drive, Cameron Park,
(b)	Lot 5089, DP 1235166, 121 Portland Drive, Cameron Park,
(c)	Lot 2, DP 1180029, 60 George Booth Drive, Edgeworth,
(d)	part of Lot 1, DP 1180029, 70 George Booth Drive, Edgeworth,
(e)	parts of Lots 6 and 7, DP 4647, 23 and 25 Government Road, Holmesville.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2014 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
