1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 30).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following:

(a)	Lot 13, DP 11260, 72 Wilsons Road, Mount Hutton,
(b)	Lot 141, DP 614672, 74 Wilsons Road, Mount Hutton,
(c)	Lot 142, DP 614672, 74A Wilsons Road, Mount Hutton,
(d)	Lot 26, DP 17261, 85 Tennent Road, Mount Hutton,
(e)	Lot 14, DP 874801, 1, 3 and 5 Merrigum Street, Windale,
(f)	land adjacent to Scrubby Creek as shown on the Land Reservation Acquisition Map.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2014 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
