1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 3).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Killingworth:

(a)	Lot 1, DP 795370,
(b)	Lots 1–8 and 18–25, Section H, DP 4339,
(c)	Lots 19–21, Section I, DP 4339,
(d)	Lots 1–3 and 6–10, Section J, DP 4339,
(e)	Lots 1–6 and 9, Section K, DP 4339,
(f)	Lots 1–10, Section M, DP 4339,
(g)	Lots 1–10 and 13–20, Section N, DP 4339,
(h)	Lots 1 –10, Section O, DP 4339,

(i)      Lots 1–9 and 13–16, Section P, DP 4339.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2014 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

Insert after clause 6.5 (1) (r):
