1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 26).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Swansea:

(a)	2 Charles Street, being Lot 100, DP 613065 and Lot C, DP 402886,
(b)	27 Lake Road, being Lot 63, DP 18797,
(c)	29 and 31 Lake Road, being Lots 103 and 102, DP 613065,
(d)	37 Lake Road, being Lot 1, DP 507899.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2014 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2014

(1) Clause 7.20 Development on environmentally sensitive land

Insert “or flood” after “bush fire” in clause 7.20 (1) (b).

Insert at the end of clause 7.20 (3) (c):

, and

(d) whether the development is likely to be adversely affected by an environmental hazard, such as a bush fire or flooding.
