I, the Minister for Planning, make the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 21).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land under Lake Macquarie Local Environmental

Plan 2014:

(a)	land in Zone RU2 Rural Landscape, Zone RU3 Forestry and Zone RU4 Primary Production Small Lots,
(b)	land in Zone R1 General Residential, Zone R2 Low Density Residential and Zone R3 Medium Density Residential,
(c)	land in Zone IN4 Working Waterfront,
(d)	land in Zone SP1 Special Activities, Zone SP2 Infrastructure and Zone SP3 Tourist,
(e)	land in Zone RE1 Public Recreation and Zone RE2 Private Recreation,
(f)	Lots 12 and 11, DP 1158508, 617 and 617C Freemans Drive, Cooranbong.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2014 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2014

(1) Land Use Table

Insert “; Water supply systems” in alphabetical order in item 3 of the matter relating to Zone RU2, Zone RU3 and Zone RU4.

(2)	Land Use Table, Zone R1, Zone R2 and Zone R3
Insert “Sewage reticulation systems;”, “Sewage treatment plants;”, “; Water recycling facilities;” and “Water supply systems” in alphabetical order in item 3.
(3)	Land Use Table, Zone IN4, Zone SP1, Zone SP2, Zone SP3, Zone RE1 and Zone RE2
