1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 2).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	8c Main Road, Cardiff Heights (being Lot 41, DP 556474),
(b)	part of 11 Luprena Close, Charlestown (being part of Lot 22, DP 249304),
(c)	part of 320 Pacific Highway, Charlestown (being part of Lot 100, DP 706965),
(d)	88 Neilson Street, Edgeworth (being Lot 102, DP 241213),
(e)	256 Lake Road, Glendale (being Lot 12, DP 567707),
