I, the Minister for Planning, make the following local environmental plan under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 16).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)

certain land at Cardiff, being:

(i)	part of a road reserve in Cedar Street (between Lots 3 and 4, DP 22637 and adjoining 406–408 Main Road), and
(ii)	part of Lot 101, DP 24882, being part of 1 Cedar Street, and

(iii)	part of a road reserve in Glendale Drive (adjoining Lot 12, DP 10580, 427A Main Road), and
(iv)	part of Main Road (formerly Lot 91, DP 1208799, 396C Main Road), and
(v)	parts of Lots 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1, DP 22637, being parts of 398, 400, 402, 404, 406, 408, 410 and 412 Main Road, respectively, and
(vi)	Lots 11 and 12, DP 10580 and Lot 1, DP 1132785, 427A Main Road,

(b)

certain land at Glendale, being:

(i)      part of a road reserve in Glendale Drive (adjoining Lot 13, DP 10580, 54 Glendale Drive), and

(ii)      Lot 34, DP 659638, 45 Glendale Drive, and

(iii)      part of Glendale Drive (formerly Lot 1, DP 656808, 47 Glendale Drive), and

(iv)      Lot 200, DP 625381, 431 Main Road, and

(v)      part of Vena Street (formerly Lot 11, DP 1208800, 2C Vena Street).

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2014 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
