1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2004 (Amendment No 88).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land within or adjacent to the Morisset Town

Centre:

(a)	107 and 111–115 Dora Street (Lots 11–15, Section 2, DP 758707),
(b)	6–14 Doyalson Street (Lots A–C, DP 402238 and Lots 11 and 12, DP 847210),
(c)	parts of Doyalson Street, France Lane, Lindon Lane and Yambo Street, and an unnamed road,
(d)	22–30 Newcastle Street (Lot 5, DP 22034 and Lots 7, 6, 5 and 4, Section 8, DP 758707),
(e)	10–14 Wharf Street (Lots 6–8, DP 22034),
(f)	5, 6–14, 61, 63 and part of 60 Yambo Street (Lots 11–13, Section 8, DP 758707, Lots 7, 6, 5, 4, and 3, Section 9, DP 758707, Lot 2, DP 831930, Lot 12, Section 1, DP 758707 and part of Lot 15, DP 844164),

as shown edged heavy black and lettered “2 (2)”, “3 (1)” and “3 (2)” on the map marked “Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2004 (Amendment No 88)” deposited in the office of Lake Macquarie City Council.
