This Plan is Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2004 (Amendment No 82).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 43 Fassifern Road, Fassifern and 18 Tucker Close, Fassifern, being Lot 1, DP 877105 and Lot 4, DP 926559, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2004 (Amendment No 82)” deposited in the office of Lake Macquarie City Council.
