1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2004

(Amendment No 65).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

(1)

To the extent that this Plan permits, with development consent, the carrying out of development on land for the purposes of seniors housing, this Plan applies to part of Lot 20, DP 1046905, being part of 2A Maude Street, Belmont, as shown edged heavy black on Sheet 1 of the map marked “Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2004 (Amendment No 65)” deposited in the office of Lake Macquarie City Council (the amending map).

To the extent that this Plan rezones land from Zone 6 (1) Open Space Zone to Zone 6 (2) Tourism and Recreation Zone, this Plan applies to parts of Lot 20, DP 1046905, 2A Maude Street, Belmont, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “6 (2)” on Sheet 2 of the amending map.
