1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2004

(Amendment No 57).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land in Lake Macquarie City, being the former Pasminco Cockle Creek Smelter site and the former Incitec Pivot Fertilizer site at Boolaroo, as shown edged heavy black and lettered “2 (2)” and “3 (2)” on the map marked “Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2004 (Amendment No 21)” and as shown edged heavy black and lettered “2 (1)”, “2 (2)”, “B4”, “4 (2)” and “7 (2)” on the map marked “Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2004 (Amendment No 57)”, both deposited in the office of Lake Macquarie City Council.
