1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2004

(Amendment No 51).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to part of Lots 6 and 7, DP 1066866 (2 and 6 Leo Lewis Close, Toronto) and part of Lot 63, DP 18797 (27 Lake Road, Swansea), as shown edged heavy black and identified as “Operational”, “4 (2)” and “6 (2)” on Sheets 1–3 of the map marked “Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2004 (Amendment No 51)” deposited in the office of Lake Macquarie City Council.
