This Plan is Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2004

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land situated in the City of Lake Macquarie, being Lot A1, DP 420093 at 742c Main Road, Edgeworth, Part Lot 100, DP 609787 at 21 Elsdon Street, Redhead and Part Lot 11, DP 1066866 at 19 Grattoir Place, Toronto, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2004 (Amendment No 48)” deposited in the office of Lake Macquarie City Council.
