2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land situated in the City of Lake Macquarie, being Lot 8, DP 248567 at 42 Illawarra Avenue, Cardiff, Part Lot 44, DP 10416 at 8a Edward Street, Fennell Bay and Lots 4 and 5, Section 16, DP 759124 at 20 and 22 Summerhayes Road, Wyee, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2004 (Amendment No 47)” deposited in the office of Lake Macquarie City Council.
