Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2004

(Amendment No 37)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2004

(Amendment No 37).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to rezone the land to which this plan applies as follows:

(a)	from partly the Zone 7 (2) Conservation (Secondary) Zone, partly the Zone 5 Infrastructure Zone, partly the Zone 7 (1) Conservation (Primary) Zone and partly the Zone 10 Investigation Zone under Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2004 (the 2004 plan),
(b)	to partly the Zone 9 Natural Resources Zone, partly the Zone 7 (1) Conservation (Primary) Zone, partly the Zone 6 (1) Open Space Zone and partly the Zone 1 (2) Rural (Living) Zone under the 2004 plan,

so as to set aside the land for sporting and recreational facilities, a

recycling facility and conservation and rural residential purposes.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to certain land within the City of Lake Macquarie, in the vicinity of Griffen, Racecourse and The Weir Roads, Teralba, being so much of Lots 1–10, 42, 43, 45–50, 52–54 and Drainage Reserve 2, DP 16062, Lot 1, DP 434964, Lot 2, DP 341679, Lot 1, DP 185501, Lot 1, DP 940995, Lot 2, DP 112071, Lot 1, DP 375288, Lots A and B, DP 343561, Lots 162 and 163, DP 1110267, Crown Reserve MD 1574 MS 3070 and Griffen, Racecourse and The Weir Roads, as are shown edged heavy black and lettered “1 (2)”, “6 (1)”, “7 (1)” or “9” on the map marked “Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2004 (Amendment No 37)” deposited in the office of Lake Macquarie City Council.

4 Amendment of Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2004

Lake Macquarie Local Environmental Plan 2004 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of the map in the Dictionary the following words:
