LAKE ILLAWARRA AUTHORITY ACT 1987, SECTION 24

Notice of Extension to the Development Area of Land
at Lake Illawarra in the City of Wollongong

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, amends Schedule 1 of the Lake Illawarra Act to extend the development area of the Lake Illawarra Authority by adding to Schedule 1 the land described below.

THE LAND REFERRED TO

Parish of Wollongong

All that piece or parcel of land situated in the City of Wollongong, Parish of Wollongong and County of Camden: being Crown Land and part of Reserve for Public Recreation and Parking notified in Government Gazettes Government dated 17 April 1970 and 27 July 1979; commencing on the generally southern side of Northcliffe Drive at the northernmost comer of Portion 123; bounded thence generally on the north by that side of that drive, generally easterly for 95 metres; then on the east by a line bearing 180 degrees to its intersection with the Mean High Water Mark of Lake Illawarra as described in the Lake Illawarra Authority Act 1987, Number 285; generally on the south-east by that Mean High Water Mark south-westerly to its intersection with the north-eastem boundary of the said Portion 123 or its south-easterly prolongation; and on the south-west by that boundary north-westerly to the point of commencement.
