HER HONOUR: On 29 May 2018, the applicant filed an application for leave to issue or file an application for an order to show cause. On 26 March 2018, Justice Bell directed that, pursuant to rule 6.07.2 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), the application for an order to show cause was not to be issued or filed without leave of a Justice being first obtained by the applicant.

I direct, pursuant to rule 13.03.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), that the application for leave to issue or file the application for an order to show cause be determined without listing the application for hearing. Leave should be refused and the application dismissed. I publish my reasons.
