1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Kyogle Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 6).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land in Zone RU1 Primary Production and Zone RU2 Rural

Landscape under Kyogle Local Environmental Plan 2012.

4      Amendment of Kyogle Local Environmental Plan 2012

(1) Land Use Table

Insert at the end of item 1 of the matter relating to Zone RU1 Primary Production:

• To enable a range of other uses to occur on rural land providing such uses do not conflict with existing or potential agriculture and do not detract from the scenic amenity and character of the rural environment.
