REASONS FOR JUDGMENT

In relation to the petition against Mrs. Patricia Kyle, which is based on exactly the same ground as that against Mr. Kyle in proceedings QP 2743 of 1994, I will dismiss the petition for the same reasons I have given for dismissing the petition against Mr. Kyle.
