KWATRA
v
MINISTER FOR IMMIGRATION, CITIZENSHIP AND MULTICULTURAL AFFAIRS & ANOR
[2023] HCASL 64
M1/2023
The applicant seeks special leave to appeal from a judgment of the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia (Markovic, Cheeseman and Hespe JJ) dismissing an appeal from a decision of a single judge of that Court (Burley J).
The application does not enjoy sufficient prospects of success, nor does it raise a question of public importance, to warrant the grant of special leave.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.
