MS K. ANDERSON:   I appear on behalf of the firm Erskine Rodan & Associates.  This is an application for a declaration.  (instructed by Erskine Rodan & Associates)

HIS HONOUR:   Yes, I have looked at the papers, Ms Anderson.  Have you heard anything from the former clients?

MS ANDERSON:   No, your Honour.

HIS HONOUR:   Yes.  Perhaps we should have them called.  Would you call Janusz Kunicki, Aleksandra Kunicka and Nastazja Kunicka.

HIS HONOUR:   Yes, thank you.  Pursuant to Order 7 rule 7 of the High Court Rules, I will declare that the firm of Erskine, Rodan & Associates has ceased to be the solicitor for the applicants Janusz Kunicki, Aleksandra Kunicka and Nastazja Kunicka in the matter of their application for writs of certiorari, mandamus and prohibition and a declaration against the Minister for Immigration and Multicultural Affairs of the Commonwealth of Australia and another.
