1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan No 221.

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

(1) To the extent that this Plan rezones land, this Plan applies to:

(a)	Lot 119, DP 1100208, 90 Babbage Road, Roseville Chase, as shown coloured light scarlet and identified as “Residential 2 (a)” on the map marked “Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan No 221—Land Zoning Map” deposited in the office of Ku-ring-gai Council (the amending map), and
(b)	part of Lot 1, DP 867842, being part of 4 Binalong Street, West Pymble, as shown coloured light scarlet, edged dark red and identified as “Residential 2 (c)” on the amending map.

To the extent that this Plan reclassifies land, this Plan applies to:

(a)	Lot 119, DP 1100208, 90 Babbage Road, Roseville Chase, and
(b)	Lot 1, DP 867842, 4 Binalong Street, West Pymble.

4      Amendment of Ku-ring-gai Planning Scheme Ordinance

Insert in appropriate order in the definition of Scheme map in clause 4 (1):
