1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan (Local Centres) 2012

(Amendment No 7).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Turramurra:

(a)	Lot 1, DP 81994, 1275 Pacific Highway,
(b)	Lot 2, DP 221290, 5 Ray Street,
(c)	Lot 1, DP 519532, 12 William Street,
(d)	William Street road reserve, being land between the North Shore railway line to the east and 5 Ray Street to the west.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan (Local Centres) 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.
