1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan (Local Centres) 2012

(Amendment No 6).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Lindfield:

(a)

1B Beaconsfield Parade, being Part Lot 1, DP 929131,

(b)

2 Bent Street, being Lot 9, DP 1090427,

(c)

4 Bent Street, being Lot 10, DP 3498,

(d)

6 Bent Street, being Lot 3, DP 667420,

(e)

8 Bent Street, being Lot 1, DP 724823,

(f)

10 Bent Street, being Lot 1, DP 980108,

(g)

12 Bent Street, being Lot 5, DP 666521,

(h)

Drovers Way road reserve, being land between Beaconsfield Parade and the rear of 6 Bent Street (Lot 3, DP 667420),

(i)      19 Drovers Way, being Lots 1–16, DP 1099330,

(j)

Woodford Lane road reserve, being land between Bent Street and Drovers Way,

(k)

1 Woodford Lane, being Lot A, DP 445535.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan (Local Centres) 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.

Insert at the end of the Schedule, with appropriate clause numbering:

Use of certain land at 1B Beaconsfield Parade, Drovers Way road reserve and

This clause applies to the following land at Lindfield:

(a)

1B Beaconsfield Parade, being Part Lot 1, DP 929131,

(b)

Drovers Way road reserve, being land between Beaconsfield Parade and the rear of 6 Bent Street (Lot 3, DP 667420),

(c)

19 Drovers Way, being Lots 1–16, DP 1099330.

(2)

Development for the purpose of a residential flat building is permitted with

development consent.
