This Plan is Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan (Local Centres) 2012
(Amendment No 6).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to the following land at Lindfield:

| (b) | 2 Bent Street, being Lot 9, DP 1090427, |
| (c) | 4 Bent Street, being Lot 10, DP 3498, |
| (d) | 6 Bent Street, being Lot 3, DP 667420, |
| (e) | 8 Bent Street, being Lot 1, DP 724823, |
| (f) | 10 Bent Street, being Lot 1, DP 980108, |
| (g) | 12 Bent Street, being Lot 5, DP 666521, |
| (h) | Drovers Way road reserve, being land between Beaconsfield Parade and the rear of 6 Bent Street (Lot 3, DP 667420), |
(i) 19 Drovers Way, being Lots 1–16, DP 1099330,
| (j) | Woodford Lane road reserve, being land between Bent Street and Drovers Way, |

4 Maps
The maps adopted by Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan (Local Centres) 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.
