(Amendment No 4).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	818 Pacific Highway, Gordon, being Lot 2, DP 786550,
(b)	62 Pacific Highway, Roseville, being Lot 2, DP 202148.

(1) Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit “Nil” from Part 1. Insert instead:

Gordon Lot 2, DP 786550, 818 Pacific Highway

Insert in appropriate order:
