This Plan is Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan (Local Centres)

2012 (Amendment No 1).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the

NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 21, DP 713207, being 9 Havilah Lane,

Lindfield.

4 Amendment of Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan (Local Centres) 2012

Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit “Nil” from Column 1 of the table to Part 2.

Insert instead in Columns 1, 2 and 3, respectively:
