The following local environmental plan is made by the local plan-making authority under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan Amendment (Heritage

Conservation Areas) 2019.

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to—

(a)

the following land to which Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan 2015 applies—

(i)	the Mona Vale Road Conservation Area and the Telegraph Road Conservation Area (as referred to in Schedule 1 to this Plan), Pymble,
(ii)	the Pymble Heights Conservation Area and the Pymble Avenue Conservation Area (as shown on the amending maps for this Plan), Pymble, and

(b)

the following land to which Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan (Local

Centres) 2012 applies—

(i)	the Athol Conservation Area (as referred to in Schedule 2 to this Plan), Pymble,
(ii)	the Hillview Conservation Area (as shown on the amending maps for this Plan), Turramurra,

(iii) the Pymble Heights Conservation Area (as shown on the amending maps for this Plan), Pymble.

4      Maps

(1)	The maps adopted by Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan 2015 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
(2)	The maps adopted by Ku-ring-gai Local Environmental Plan (Local Centres) 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
