KOSCIUSKO STATE PARK (AMENDMENT) ACT.

Act No. 45 , 1963.

An Act to provide for and to validate the payment of certain moneys into the Kosciusko State Park Fund; for this purpose to amend the Kosciusko State Park Act, 1944-1952; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 13th December, 1963.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative	Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in
Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows : —

(1) This Act may be cited as the "Kosciusko State Park (Amendment) Act, 1963".

(2) The Kosciusko State Park Act, 1944, as amended by subsequent Acts and by this Act, may be cited as the Kosciusko State Park Act, 1944-1963.

2. (1) The Kosciusko State Park Act, 1944-1952, is amended—

(a)	by inserting in subparagraph (i) of paragraph (a) of section fifteen after the words "Kosciusko State Park" the words "or leases granted under subsec­ tion three of section eleven of this Act" ;
(b)	by inserting at the end of the same section the following word and new paragraph : —

(2) The amendments made by subsection one of this section shall be deemed to have commenced upon the fifth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and forty-four. LITHGOW

(c) any other moneys (not being moneys subject to any trusts affecting the same) received by or on behalf of the Trust.
