KOSCIUSKO STATE PARK (AMENDMENT)

An Act to amend the Kosciusko State Park Act,

1944, in certain respects; and for purposes

connected therewith. [Assented to, 5th

Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1 . (1) This Act may be cited as the "Kosciusko State

Park (Amendment) Act, 1947."

(3) This Act shall commence upon a day to be appointed by the Governor and notified by proclamation published in the Gazette.

2 . The Kosciusko State Park Act, 1944, is amended—

(a)	by omitting from paragraph (f) of subsection three of section four the word " t w o " and by
inserting in lieu thereof the word " f o u r " ;
(b)	by omitting from subsection seven of the same section the word " f o u r " and by inserting in lieu thereof the word "five."
