[1] An application has been made pursuant to Schedule 7, Item 7 of the Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009, by Kordia Solutions Pty Ltd, for a determination of a designated award for the purposes of the no-disadvantage test.

[2] I determine that the Telecommunications Services Award 2002 1 is the designated award for the relevant group of employees.
