No. 30 of 1923.

AN ACT to authorise the sale of the land comprised in Reserve A1440 (Kojonup), and the application of the Proceeds of Sale to the Improvement of Reserve A17376.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia,and with the advice and consent of the Legislative

in this present Parliament assembled, and by authority

of the same as follows :—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Kojonup Racecourse Short title.

2. On the surrender by the trustees for the Kojonup rower to sell Location

Race Club of their lease under Section 42 of the Land iSr comprised in Reserve A1440), the said location may be granted to the Kojonup Road Board for an estate in fee simple, and the Kojonup Road Board is hereby em- powered to sell the said land to be so granted, and to transfer the same to a purchaser, freed and discharged from all trusts affecting the land.
