An Act to vest in the Shire of Kojonup Kojonup Town Lots C, D, E, and F, for the purposes of a public cemetery.

1.Short titleThis Act may be cited as the Kojonup Cemetery Act 1928 1.
2.Land at Kojonup vested for public cemeteryAll those pieces of land described in the Schedule are hereby vested in the Shire of Kojonup for the purpose of a public cemetery, and such change of ownership shall be registered and noted in the Office of Titles and the Office of the Registrar of Deeds, as the case may require, free of charge.

3.Shire of Kojonup to be trustee of landThe Shire of Kojonup shall be the Trustee of the said land, and as such shall have and enjoy and may exercise all the powers and authorities and shall be subject to the obligations conferred and imposed by the provisions of the Cemeteries Act 1897 2 and its amendments, upon trustees appointed under that Act.

Kojonup Town Lot C, comprised in Grant enrolled No. 4422, to M.B. Hale, Lord Bishop of Perth, and by virtue of the Act, No. 34 of 1918, vested in the Bunbury Diocesan Trustees.
Kojonup Town Lot D, the subject of Crown Grant enrolled No. 1934, and vested in the Roman Catholic Bishop of Perth by deed registered in Book 17, No. 577.
Kojonup Town Lot E, vested in the Roman Catholic Bishop of Perth, and the subject of Certificate of Title Volume 34, Folio 27.
Kojonup Town Lot F, vested in the Roman Catholic Bishop of Perth, and the subject of Certificate of Title Volume 34, Folio 28.
