AN ACT to enable the Trustees of the Kojonup Agri- cultural and Horticultural Society to sell and transfer Kojonup Town Lots 19, 20, and 21.

B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :—

Short title.	1. This Act may be cited as the Kojonup Agricultural and Horticultural Society's Land Act, 1922.
Power to transfer

Kojonup TONVII Lots2. It shall be lawful for the Trustees of the Kojonup Agri-

19, 20, and 21. cultural and Horticultural Society, as registered proprietors,

under the Transfer of Land Act, 1893, of Kojonup Town Lots. 19, 20, and 21, to sell and transfer such lots freed and dis- charged from any trust.

The proceeds of such sale shall be applied by the said Trustees to the improvement of Reserve +17376 vested in them.
