Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Kogarah Local Environmental Plan 1998 (Amendment

No 49).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land shown edged heavy black and coloured dark blue on the map marked “Kogarah Local Environmental Plan 1998 (Amendment No 49)” deposited in the office of Kogarah City Council:

(a)	Lot 1, DP 1108502, being land located at 2–8 Princes Highway, Kogarah,
(b)	Lot 1, DP 86795, Lot 47, DP 512033, Lots 48 and 49, DP 975331, Lots 50 and 51, DP 81627 and Lot 52, DP 81626, being land located at 1–9 Rocky Point Road, Kogarah,
(c)	Lot 1, DP 1101064 and Lots 1 and 2, DP 91359, being land located at 60A Gray Street, Kogarah.
