Kogarah Local Environmental Plan 1998

(Amendment No 25)

1     Name of plan

This plan is Kogarah Local Environmental Plan 1998 (Amendment

No 25).

2     Aims of plan

This plan aims:

(a)	to add a heritage conservation area to Schedule 3 to Kogarah Local Environmental Plan 1998 so as to conserve the environmental heritage of the area, and
(b)	to ensure that any development does not adversely affect the heritage character of that heritage conservation area.

3     Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to the Kogarah South Heritage Conservation Area, being certain land fronting or part of (or fronting and part of) Ocean Street, Queens Avenue, Bowns Road and High, Park and Garden Streets, Kogarah, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Kogarah Local Environmental Plan 1998 (Amendment No 25)” deposited in the office of Kogarah Municipal Council.

Schedule 1.
