1 Name of plan
This plan is Kogarah Local Environmental Plan 1998 (Amendment
No 22).
2 Aim of plan
The aim of this plan is to amend Kogarah Local Environmental Plan
1998:
| (a) | to conserve the environmental heritage of the land to which this plan applies, and |
| (b) | to ensure that any development does not adversely affect the heritage significance of the heritage items on the land to which this plan applies and their settings. |
3 Land to which plan applies
This plan applies to all land within the local government area of
Kogarah under Kogarah Local Environmental Plan 1998.
4 Amendment of Kogarah Local Environmental Plan 1998
Kogarah Local Environmental Plan 1998 is amended as set out in
Schedule 1.
