KINKADE
v
THE QUEEN
[2019] HCASL 361
D17/2019
This application for special leave to appeal requires an extension of time. The decision of the Court of Criminal Appeal of the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory was plainly correct. An appeal would enjoy no prospects of success. Accordingly, it would be futile to grant an extension of time. The application should be dismissed.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
